Plagiarism is the act of taking another person's writing, conversation, song or even idea and passing it off as your own. This includes information from web pages, books, songs, televisions show, email messages, interviews, articles, artworks or any other medium.
WHAT IS FAIR USE ?
Fair use is a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyrightlaw to the author of a creative work. Examples of fair use include commentary, search engines, criticism, parody, news reporting, research, teaching, library archiving and scholarship. It provides for the legal, unlicensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author's work under a four-factor balancing test.
Throughout a life as a student, there a many of assignment student need to do and finished it. Through this subject, i have known there has a plagiarism checker where a student can know if their assignment are an act of plagiarizing or not.
